Day 2

Up and ready to go today....the only problem is, I have a hurt knee but at least there are other things that I can work out besides doing cardio.  I have just had my yummy Special K strawberry protein bar and I am just waiting to get everyone ready to leave the house.

Last night I did end up having a cup of peaches and also a cup of green tea with honey. I am excited that I have you guys (even though there is no one following this)to talk to.  It really helps.

My husband is so busy that I feel bad talking to him about things like this, sex is once a month at best but that is because of me and my self conscious ways.  I am just counting down the days until I can just strip down in front of my husband and be very sexy like I was before.

I have also started reading a great book it is called "Body Clutter" by the fly lady Marla Cilley. If you are reading my blog..you need to read this book.  I was SHOCKED how chapter one (only about 6 pages) described me to a T...CRAZY, go now, get it...read it!

So - what is on my play list?
I start off with "I gotta feeling" by the Black Eye Peas and tell myself all of the time this is going to be a great day -

Then I move on to Flo Rida - Right Round...SO FUN
Rhianna is next - Pon de REplay

Those are some of my favorites...when it comes to abs then
Womanizer by Brittany Spears and just for fun NKOTB - Hangin Tough gets me through now this is 8 minutes of NON STOP abs...legs up, legs down, twist, whatever keeps me going...

Well, now I need to get going - you know I will right more later
