Day 1 - done!

Ok- so I went to the gym and climbed onto the Elliptical (which I hate), and did 1.5 miles in 40 minutes.  Then I cranked up some tunes and did crunches through 2 songs..WHEW So, an hour work out...pretty good :)

After the gym I had my slim fast and did some shopping and walking.  Lunch was Subway 6 inch ham and turkey, provolone cheese, pickles, lettuce, spinach, honey mustard, tomatoes and S&P.  Snack was a Yoplait yogurt, which I think are incredibly too sweet and non fat milk with sugar free chocolate syrup (8oz glass).

Dinner I had a small salad and one slice of pizza...dessert weight watchers frozen candy bar.

So, that's it for today!! Tomorrow...day 2
